ABC Tool & Die Co., LLC was founded in Eugene, Oregon, in 1992 to provide precision manufacturing and custom solutions for a wide range of customer needs. Combining craftsmanship with state-of-the-art equipment, we work hand-in-hand with customers to take ideas from concept to production, with projects designed, built, and maintained in-house.
Our experience includes metal fabrication, plastics machining, CNC machining, wire and sinker EDM, stamping, die and manufacturing and repair, special tooling, jigs, fixtures, and prototypes. We manufacture both standard and custom products, from precision-machined parts to specialized tools, dies, and with a focus on quality, service, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing.

Decades of Hands-On Machining & Manufacturing Experience
Andrew Sztymelski brings over 46 years of machining, tooling, and manufacturing experience. After founding ABC Tool & Die Co. in 1992, he has provided precision machining, tooling development, repair, reverse engineering, and custom manufacturing solutions for more than three decades.
Throughout his career, Andrew has supported companies ranging from small local manufacturers to large industrial organizations, including high-volume production environments and advanced technology companies. His experience extends from traditional machining and tool & die work to complex problem-solving for high-tech manufacturing challenges.
By combining design knowledge, machining expertise, and practical manufacturing understanding, Andrew helps customers solve problems where standard solutions are not available.
